HUALONG RCW Series Creep and Stress Rupture testing machine is mainly designed to perform Creep and Stress Rupture testing of a wide variety of materials to both standard and customized specifications such as ASTM E139, ISO 204, ISO/R 206 and similar international standards. These machines are capable of covering the determination of the amount of deformation as a function of time (creep test) and the measurement of the time for fracture to occur when sufficient force is present (rupture test) for materials when under constant tensile forces at constant temperature. HUALONG offers three models electronic high temperature creep-testing machine with full closed-loop servo-control in capacities from 10kN to 500kN.
•Advanced servo motor and ball screw actuator which assures loading conveniently and simply. It can transfer constant rate loading to constant-load or constant stain loading automatically.
•Motorized draw-head assembly automatically compensates for specimen elongation and keeps loading bar with excellent load accuracy of +/- 0.5% guaranteed.
•Adjustable vibration isolator mounts Accessories available for a wide variety of tests.
•A completely enclosed robust base unit supports the lower crosshead and test actuator. This base unit houses an integral spur gear box/HTD toothed belt drive assembly, printed circuit motor & tachometer.
•Both room temperature and elevated temperature systems are available.
•Furnace and chambers available with temperature ranges from 200 ℃ to 1000℃ in common air Environments, and 600 ℃ to 2200℃ available in vacuum environment.
•Numerous high temperature pull rods, specimen holders, furnace systems and extensometers available for creep and stress Relaxation applications. Many of which are also adaptable to hot tensile testing applications on universal testing machines.
